PHIX Presents at HAS24

PHIX presented at the 2024 Healthcare Analytics Summit in Salt Lake City, Utah. Our Executive Director, Emily Hartmann, and Director of Programs, Juan Nanez, presented on how access to PHIX by primary care physicians reduces readmissions. PHIX was also a finalist in the Health Catalyst Awards that recognizes organizations that have led the way in digitizing and transforming healthcare.
