Emily Hartmann
Executive Director
Emily Hartmann is the Executive Director at PHIX. Under her leadership, PHIX has grown to exchange data with additional hospitals and clinics in the community as well as the Veteran’s Administration and Department of Defense. She also has experience in health care analytics and strategy. As a health care consultant at Sg2, she helped hospitals prepare for policy changes and evolving financial models. She also has experience developing health initiatives for the City of Chicago and State of Massachusetts. Emily has a Masters in Public Policy and a Bachelors in Economics.
Daniel Estrada
Manager of Operations and Technology
Daniel is the Manager of Operations at PHIX. He manages the operations of the organization, including data processing, quality assurance, and compliance. Daniel has a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science.
Olga Tarango
Fiscal & HR Coordinator
Olga handles PHIX’s daily accounting functions. She is responsible for a variety of professional level accounting duties including analyzing financial reports, accounts receivable/payable and inventory. Olga has a Bachelors of Accountancy and a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration.
Juan Nanez, RN, BSN
Director of Programs
Juan is the Director of Programs at PHIX. He manages PHIX’s process of onboarding new data contributors and PHIX’s quality assurance process. Juan also provides key clinical insight to PHIX’s initiatives. Juan has a Bachelors of Science in Nursing.
Veronica Shafer
Engagement Coordinator
Veronica is the Partner Relations Coordinator at PHIX. She develops and supports partner relationships, develops and supports outreach strategies, and manages the implementation of various data projects with PHIX’s partners. Veronica has a Bachelors of Science in Political Science.
