2 step sign-in
Multifactor authentication is a security measure that requires two different factors to verify your identity before granting access to the PHIX portal. The two factors will be a password and a code sent to your smartphone via an authenticator app. Multifactor authentication (2 step sign-in) begins November 27, 2023, across all PHIX platforms.
Follow the steps below to set-up multifactor authentication:

Login and setup the authenticator app.

Sign into PHIX https://portal.pdnhie.org/ProAccess/Login
Starting on November 27, 2023, an authentication page will appear.

Use your authenticator app to scan the QR code. A rotating code will appear.

Use your code from the authenticator app to sign into the PHIX portal.
